General Terms and Conditions for VetMedCare® OP-Bodysuits Shop of Webdeals Shops GmbH

  1. Order and conclusion of contract
You have selected your desired products and would now like to order in the shop. You can correct all entries until you send your order. Only when you have checked your data on the last order page, send your order to the VetMedCare OP-Body Shop or the operator, Webdeals Shops GmbH, by clicking the button “Payable order”. After submitting your order you will receive an individual e-mail with your personal order confirmation. In addition, you will find in this e-mail all further information about the handling of the payment as well as the delivery. The order of the goods is carried out by sending the filled out order form in the online procedure. The acceptance of the order (conclusion of contract) is effected by the dispatch of the goods after we have checked your order and payment.
  2. Payment and delivery:
The VetMedCare OP-Body online shop offers various payment options, some of which include an additional fee. With the exception of “payment in advance”, the goods are usually shipped within 24 hours, on weekdays. If the goods cannot be delivered in full, we will inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries or to reduce quantities. Any delivery delays by Webdeals Shops GmbH do not entitle you to claims for damages.
  3. Express Service – Special Term Courier Rules
Term courier services are a special delivery service. Over 99.9% of express deliveries go off without a hitch. Regardless of the Terminkurier Express Service delivery time, in rare cases, due to increased parcel volumes or other problems (e.g. engine failure, etc.), there may be a delay of an additional day because, for example, a replacement vehicle has to be organised. A delay may also occur due to a major force event. This in no way entitles you to cancel or refuse acceptance. Express return costs are high (min. 30 €) and are to be borne 100% by you or will be deducted from the refund. In the event of a cancellation, you are responsible for the return in accordance with these terms and conditions and cancellation policy. In this case you can choose a cheaper way.
  4. Payment by invoice and financing
In cooperation with Klarna AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. The payment is always made to Klarna:

    1. Invoice
The term of payment is 14 days from the date of dispatch of the goods or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. The invoice terms for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany can be found HERE and the invoice terms for purchase on account for deliveries to Austria can be found HERE.
    2. Hire purchase
Klarna’s financing service allows you to pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (with a minimum of €6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. The instalments are due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice. For more information on instalment purchases including the General Terms and Conditions and the European Standard Consumer Credit Information, please click HERE.
    3. Data protection notice
The use of the payment methods invoice, hire purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we will forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks in the context of the initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit assessment. For further information and Klarna’s terms of use please click HERE. For general information about Klarna, please click HERE. Your personal data will be treated by Klarna in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and in accordance with the information provided in Klarna’s Privacy Policy.
  5. Shipping costs for delivery
The shipping costs for deliveries at home and abroad will be displayed in the shop shortly before you complete your order in the online shop. We only accept payments in Euro.
  6. Right of withdrawal / cancellation policy
    See detailed right of revocation
  7. Complaints
The recipient must immediately check the received goods for completeness and correctness. We will take back goods complained about within 14 days after delivery. Please inform us of the reason for the complaint in writing by e-mail. If the goods are damaged, for example during transport, please include a photo.
  8. Returns, automatic returns / cost allocation
In case of a withdrawal, we ask you to return the goods to us. The costs of the return shipment are to be borne by the customer – this also applies to automatic returns (and thus equivalent to a cancellation) of the goods in the event of non-acceptance, non-deliverability or non-collection of the goods in the parcel shop (if available). In this case, the purchase amount will be refunded minus the return costs incurred by the parcel service plus a handling fee of € 5 – as well as the pro rata cleaning costs (see revocation details). A return shipment not prepaid will not be accepted. We use the expensive Predict parcel service of DPD or GLS and take over the shipping cost surcharge for the customer.  With DPD/GLS Predict the customer has the possibility to redirect the parcel until shortly before delivery and thus enable and guarantee deliverability. When returning VetMedCare products: In addition, if the clothing was only put on for trying on, is in perfect condition and the original packaging was enclosed, the right of withdrawal applies (see point 6.). No product price will be refunded in case of soiling or damage.

All offers of the VetMedCare OP-Body Online Shop are subject to change and non-binding. Since the shop offer is revised at regular intervals, the prices stated at the time of ordering are valid. All previous price quotations lose their validity with an update of the shop stock or an article. In the case of deliveries abroad, any customs duties and/or taxes that may be incurred shall be borne by the customer.
  9. Retention of title
