Withdrawal terms for end customers (consumers) inside European Union.

For global end customers (consumers) outside the EU, there is no legal right of withdrawal. We recommend clarifying an optional right of withdrawal before placing an order. Key details regarding customs clearance efforts and international shipping costs make this necessary.

You have the right to cancel the order within fourteen days without giving reasons. The cancellation period begins after receipt of the cancellation notice in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (for recurring deliveries of similar goods not before receipt of the first partial delivery).

by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, e-mail or telephone call) about your decision to revoke the order or – if the goods have been delivered to you before the deadline – also by returning the goods. You can use our sample revocation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory. You can also fill out and submit the cancellation declaration electronically on our website (http://opbody.shop/widerruf-bestellung). If you make use of this option, we will immediately (e.g. by e-mail) send you a confirmation of receipt of such a revocation. In order to comply with the revocation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of revocation before the end of the revocation period.

Consequences of canellation

If you cancel the order, we must repay you all payments we have received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; any transaction costs + pro rata cleaning costs (for the sake of simplicity, we will use the shipping costs for this purpose) will be borne by the customer. We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back.

Return of the goods

You have to return the goods immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest after receipt of the cancellation policy or after receipt of the goods to

to be returned or handed over. The time limit shall be deemed to have been observed if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. Please note: Goods returned freight collect will not be accepted. You will only have to pay for any loss of value of the goods if this loss of value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
