As soon as we receive your transfer, we will prepare your treat package for shipment on Monday of the following week. We will wait a maximum of 14 days for receipt of your transfer, after which we will cancel your order.

Please note: Transfers (also online) can take 2-3 working days. We therefore advise you to refrain from paying in advance for urgent orders.

SOFORT is one of the most popular payment methods among customers when shopping online. This was reason enough for us to offer our customers the option of Sofort transfer as a convenient payment method. This will change on April 1, 2024.

In December 2023, it was announced that Klarna is taking over Sofort GmbH, the provider of Sofort transfer. As a result, our contractual relationship was terminated on March 31, 2024, thus ending the availability of Sofort transfer as of this date.

Whether Klarna will offer Sofort transfer as an independent payment option to merchants again, we cannot currently assess.

For payments by credit card, Giropay, iDeal, Bancontact and other payment methods, we use the financial service provider Stripe . Payment is made immediately after placing the order.

In order to increase security when paying by credit card, we have decided to use the credit card payment with the 3D-Secure security system. You can get information about this from your bank. The previously sufficient 3-digit number code on the back of the credit card is no longer compatible with the current state of security technology, i.e. credit card fraud is too easy. The financial protection of the customer is simply too important to us.

Stripe charges commission of up to 1,4 % plus € 0,25 fixed fee for your payment. If the order is canceled, this amount will not be returned to the retailer.

PayPal is now a household name around the world for easy payment and maximum security for customers against fraud. Payment is made immediately after placing the order. In order to make the order as easy as possible without manually entering the address data, it is possible to register for PayPal payment before completing the purchase. For order processing we charge a service fee of 2 % or an increased service fee of 4,99 % outside the EEA (European Economic Area).

PayPal is expensive to process for retailers and time-consuming in terms of personnel. Unfortunately, PayPal clearly disadvantages Austrian merchants in fair competition to German merchants by means of reduced commissions.

PayPal charges commission of up to 3,4 % plus € 0,35 fixed fee. In addition, a surcharge of 1,99% applies to customer payments from outside the EEA. If the order is canceled, this amount will not be returned to the retailer.

Amazon is very appreciated by many people because it’s just “simple” is. And because more and more people already have an Amazon account, paying with Amazon Pay is dramatically simplified. Log in before completing the order and all address fields will be automatically filled in with the data on your personal Amazon customer account. We charge a 2 % service fee for order processing.

For the merchant, Amazon Pay is expensive to process and time-consuming in terms of personnel. Unfortunately, Amazon clearly disadvantages Austrian retailers in fair competition to German retailers by means of reduced commissions .

Amazon charges commission of up to 2,9 % plus € 0,35 fixed fee. If the order is canceled, this amount will not be returned to the retailer.

With the financial service from Klarna he can Pay the customer conveniently and risk-free with purchase on account or hire purchase. 100% risk-free as the ordered goods arrive before payment – therefore any seal suggesting a secure order is superfluous and obsolete. The invoice is issued by Klarna and is sent by email. The term of payment for an order is up to 30 days. We charge a higher service fee for the more complex order processing.

Please note: If payment by invoice is declined, we recommend choosing an alternative payment method. We do not know the reason for a payment rejection by Klarna. Klarna customer service is available if you have any questions.

For the merchant, Klarna is expensive to process and time-consuming in terms of personnel. Klarna charges commission of up to 3,25 % plus up to € 1,69 fixed fee. If the order is canceled, this amount will not be returned to the retailer. Purchase on account is possible up to a value of € 100.

For payments via Apple Pay and Google Pay, we also use the financial service provider Stripe . Due to the fingerprint payment release, this is the most modern and simplest payment method that we offer.

Above all, shopping on smartphones and tablets becomes child’s play. The address data is automatically filled in by the Apple or Google account and the purchase is completed by confirmation on the smartphone or fingerprint.

Bitcoin and Altcoin are called cryptocurrencies and are based on blockchain technology. To make payments, we use the service and network of Coinbase. We strongly recommend making sure before making the payment that the wallet and blockchain network used are compatible with the Coinbase Network.

Payment with cryptocurrencies is bank-independent directly from sender to recipient, secured by tamper-proof blockchain technology and the Coinbase Network. We charge a 2 % service fee for order processing.

For the trader, cryptocurrencies are very risky and time-consuming in terms of personnel due to their considerable volatility. Transaction fees of up to 2,5 % apply to payments. If the order is canceled, this amount will not be returned to the retailer.
